Fast Hammy Grits

I've never cooked grits this way. I like the idea of setting them aside instead of the constant stirring. I'm going to give this a try with my Stone Ground from TN grits. Hope it works

Smoked Turkey

I agree Sparky. But we one time fit a 23 pounder on there. Had to break his breast bone to flatten him a little but it worked. Make sure you catch the drippings for gravy. I put broth, water, wine, celery, carrot and onion in the pan and place it under the turkey.

I worked for a small restaurant in Wyoming several years ago. We had a lady rancher, richest woman in town, as a regular on Saturday nights. She always ate all but the last bite and then complained. The owner always comped her meal. She was the worst tipper in town. I always hated getting the short straw on that old biatch.

It doesn't represent me but sadly I think a lot of people eat this way. Processed foods are the worst thing you can eat.
