Boiled Peanuts
Hi there,
On one of my trips to North Carolina someone introduced me to a local speciality "boiled peanuts" ever since I am obsessed with this very simple (cheap) but delicious treat.
In general they are sold in gas stations or in little stand beside the road.

Back in New York I hope that someone knows a place where to find them in the city.
The cans or raw peanuts will help ... but even better a place where you can buy them ready made. Mmmm
