It's an expense account restaurant. Extremely expensive. You will see a few Hollyweird/professional sports types there. I wouldn't go for the food however.

Where can I find annatto seeds?
King Ranch at Huntington Drive and Magnolia in Monrovia has them under the Mexican name of Achiote seeds.

The Stinking Rose - as bad as I remember
I would call the Stinking Rose bad, but it is a little over hyped. And yes, the bagna calda is bland... I actually liked their rabit dish the last time I was at the LA location, maybe about a year ago.
