Can highly recommend Cafe Piccolo on Broadway, Long Beach. Have been there several times and the food is always fantastic. Very romantic and the prices are even not that bad.
East 555 in Downtown LB is also very good, but little bit more pricier. Much cheaper to go there for lunch.
