I honestly can not say. I have had so many delicious meals.
My current drink of choice:
Water,Kobuk's tea, Kaladi's coffee (Americano, I usually prefer it iced with creme de mint and half/half, or when hot I enjoy raw sugar, a stick of cinnamon and half/half... or just black with desert), My hubby and I enjoy wine tastings (a favorite is Cabernet Sauvignon), my favorite beer is Hard Apple Ale from the Mooses Tooth or Bear Tooth, most recently I discovered Hornsby's Crisp Apple Cider which is competing for my affections and I occasionally enjoy Amber or Stout Ales, Framboise, Hefe, and dark Lagers.
I really wish I could:
Go to a cooking school in France and have a larger food budget.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Jambalaya , or Manicotti with homeade gravy and homeade noodles, with greek salad just to name a couple... but it depends also on the company and occasion.
My favorite comfort food:
Pizza, Peanut or almond butter, Kolaches, Sauerbraten:a German style pot roast with gingersnap gravy served with sweet potatoes and bell onions, a bowl of buttery mashed potatoes, buttermilk fried chicken, salmon cheese ball with wheat thins, a can of sardines in olive oil with sharp aged cheddar cheese and crusty bread for dipping, crab dipped in garlic butter ... and the list goes on. It depends on the time of year and my mood or whether or not I'm pregnant.
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
Crows Nest, Bear Tooth Grill (or Mooses Tooth), Simon and Seaforts, Doriolas, and Le Petit Creperie

The New Best Recipe, Sopranos Family Cookbook, Chez Jacques, The Zuni Cafe Cookbook, the internet, and several more books as buying them is my addiction.
