Best meal I ever ate:

I honestly can not say. I have had so many delicious meals.

My current drink of choice:

Water,Kobuk's tea, Kaladi's coffee (Americano, usually iced with creme de mint and half and half), My hubby and I love the Columbia wines, Hard Apple Ale from the Mooses Tooth or Bear Tooth

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Manicotti with homeade gravy and homeade noodles, it is easier than it sounds, and sooo delicious! Another go to dish is Mexican lasagna with homeade guacamole and salsa. It always gets rave reviews!

My favorite comfort food:

Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and gravy or Potato dumplings and butter, and roasted greenbeans and carrots in olive oil with freshly ground sea salt and pepper on top. Or almost any homemade Mexican food with avocado something, sometimes guacamole, sometimes avocado salsa. When I get desert cravings, it is usually something with cinnamon, or dark chocolate.

My top 5 favorite restaurants:

The Greek Corner, Crows Nest, Bear Tooth (or Mooses Tooth), and Simon and Seaforts

The New Best Recipe, Sopranos Family Cookbook, and SO MANY MORE! I am addicted to buying cookbooks.
