We are thinking of using traveler's cks to pay for our restaurant meals. If we get Bermudian money for change (can we request American currency?) how do we exchange it when we leave Bermuda?

The two places we like on HH are Truffles in Sea Pines. Varied menu from hamburgers to fancier fare. Our fancier place is Old Fort Pub in Hilton Head Plantation. Beautiful atmospere, setting and really good food.

Harbour Area in Toronto restaurant suggestions
Would like a reccomendation for a reasonably priced restaurant in the harbour area of Toronto. We are in the Entertainment District until this Sunday. If possible we would like a choice for dinner (within walking distance?) tonight. We ate at Note Beno (spell) last night and it was very good. Don't want to spend that kind of money tonight if possible. Any restaurants there that are good and not just "touristy"? Also, anything else close by that you would suggest (Toronto residents frequent)?

Savannah & Environs for $10/entree?
Don't know if it's too late to reply. ...We love Truffles in Sea Pines on Hilton Head. Also if you go to Sea Pines (there may be a car fee if you're not staying there...maybe restaurants will stamp it?) There is a great children's playground in Harbour Town and wonderful boats to see and walk around...we used to take our kids there when they were young. Truffles has a great menu....hamburgers to entrees.

As far as your last message...lobster/shellfish...I think you're talking about Chequers on Hammond Drive. They have a great happy hour with lobsters.
