Best meal I ever ate:

Shark Fin Soup Meal at Taipei's Ding Shang Shark Fin Restaurant (頂上魚翅) in 1989. My parents took me there and it was truely an eye-opening experience for me. It taught me to have more appreciation for Chinese food, although I haven't had much shark fin soup since then!

My current drink of choice:

Diet Coke, Chrysanthemum Tea, Peet's Summer Ice Tea Blend

I really wish I could:

have a second refrigerator in my kitchen to store all my food and sauces!

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Spicy Intestine Casserole (五更腸旺) for my Chinese/Taiwanese friends. For others, eat out!

Noodle Soup, Intestine Noodles, Taiwanese Meat Pie
