I really like the falafel at Al Amir's Lebanese Cuisine at Laurel Canyon and Magnolia. Great tahini and garlic sauce too.

Has anybody tried one of these yet? I read somewhere that the approach McDonald's is taking with these is to try to steal market share from Subway by creating healthier meal options.

Yes, very small amount of jack cheese though. My parents still argue with me every time we get them that there is no cheese in the burrito since they can't really taste it, but it is there! For the Famous Burrito you can actually choose your choice of meat, we just prefer the carne asada b/c it's so good there.

The carne asada famous burrito from the Taco Factory in Tustin. Simple burrito with only meat, guacamole, melted cheese and hot sauce, but so good! Great salsa bar there too.

I don't think this is too new, but I have just discovered the English cheddar with carmelized onions. So good! Can't get enough of this stuff - makes a great grilled cheese sandwich!
