I was driving up alt 19 yesterday when some guy in a chicken suit was flapping around. This place was a closed down bbq joint.
The motto on the sign says "home of the 50 cent wing". You order in increments of six, so I ordered them with their wicked hot sauce (they had a dozen or so other sauces on their paper printed menu, along with some burgers and sandwiches). Above average size wings deep fried naked with just the right amount of sauce on them (there isn't a pile of sauce and butter on the bottom of the plate when your done). The ranch dressing was homemade with more of a vinegary than buttermilk taste; it was pretty good.
There is a bar on the inside , a bar on the outside and a bunch of picnic tables on grass next to the outside bar. The beer menu consists of Bud products on draft, Stella and Heineken.
I had eighteen wings and three 14 oz. pints of Bud Select (the bartender just tapped a new keg) and the check was $14.63.
This place has potential to turn into a real decent wing and beer joint. JMHO

You could always take the casing off and just pat them down...

But cooking any type of sausage in casing and puncturing or splitting it is like putting the dagger in the heart; all the juice comes gushing out and your left with sawdust.

Uses for Maggi Seasoning

Use Maggi as you would use Lea & Perrins, taking into account that Maggi is more concentrated. Also look for trhe bottle that has the made in Europe logo in the front;
its better than the domestically made bottling.
