Dinner Stop needed - I-78/81 Lebanon to Carlisle area

Last week we stayed over night in Carlisle. My wife found the North Hanover Grille advertised in the hotel directory. She called to ask if we needed reservations, which we did not. When she finished the call, she said it sounded like there was a crowd there. We decided to give it a try. They are located on North Hanover street about a mile west of Hanover street exit on I-81.
What a great local pub. They had a large menu and a number of daily specials. We split an order of chicken wings. They were big and meaty, we ordered them medium, which was just the right amount of heat for us. Then we both had a cheese burger. We both agreed the burgers were among the best we ever had. They also have an extensive beer selection. The service was very friendly. If we lived in Carlisle, we would be regulars visitors. For dessert they offered a toffee pudding cake, which we did not try being full from dinner. http://www.northhanovergrille.com/

Pizza/Crab-cake place off of I-95 in North Maryland

Thank You All for your help.
I'm now looking forward to some good eats during my journey.

Pizza/Crab-cake place off of I-95 in North Maryland

About 5 years ago I saw a post here about a Pizza place in a strip-mall off of I-95 that served great crab-cakes. I went there back then, and loved it. Now I can not find the post and do not remember which exit to get off at. I'm taking a trip down I-95 and would love to stop there again. It was about a mile from an exit. I went to the west then made a right up a hill. The strip-mall was on the right. If anyone knows the exit and the name of the place, I would be grateful.

Thai & French in Monmouth County

This is my first post. Chowhound’s has given me some good advice in the past so I thought I would pass this along.
A few weeks ago my wife and I were going in to eat at one of my favorite Chinese restaurants, "West Lake" located at 1016 Rt. 34 in Matawan, NJ. (Pinecrest Plaza) It is located in a small strip mall, on the left heading north. As we were walking to the restaurant we noticed 2 doors down a Grand Opening of the “Cafe de Thai”. We stopped to look at the menu and my wife noticed Cassoulet on the menu.
That being her favorite dish, there was a change of plans on where we were having dinner. I had tried Thai a few times in Manhattan and liked it.
Well, we found a new good place that is local for us. I love to find a place that has good eat's, and it's even better when so close to home.
We have eaten there twice and tonight I ordered take out because my wife was working late. Each time we enjoyed our meals. Tonight while I was having takeout at home. I was saying to myself this is the 3rd. good meal, I have had there.
I have tried the Thai Chicken Spring Rolls, Tom Yum soup (a little spicy), Thai Beef Salad, Pad Thai (would order the # 1 spice level if I ordered it again) and for dessert the Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango all very good and the Cassoulet was outstanding.
