Where Are the Best Wine Shops in Seattle or Eastside?
My mate and I are really liking Vino Verite in Capitol Hill. On 208 Boylston, just up Olive before you get to Broadway going East. Very affordable and they have great informative Tastings. Nice place to stop on the way home after work and try a new $10 wine that will make your evening. The staff is super cool and very helpful. Definitely a nice discovery for us on our walks home from the bus! www.vinoverite.com

Consistent and delicious.
Looking for the best burger in WA
Burger King and Red Robin? Don't the ingredients have to be real in order to make the list?
Pho in Seattle without MSG
Pho Cyclo in Capitol Hill is the best I've had in Seattle. On Broadway.
Good BBQ in Seattle?
Here's what you all are looking for. It's call R&L BBQ. Up on Yesler. Find it here: http://seattle.citysearch.com/profile/10798135/seattle_wa/r_l_home_of_good_barbeque.html
Best BBQ in Seattle.
Anyone been to the Corson Building yet?
Sounds a lot like Elemental at Gasworks. Long service duration, great food. Elemental has the edge with "service with an attitude", but by the time your 8-10 course meal is over, the attitude is more than worth it.
kid friendly restaurants
IN Seattle, Capitol Hill specifically, there's an awesome greek spot called Vios. Great food and family oriented. there's a kids play area and everyone brings a child of any age....very cool vibe. http://www.vioscafe.com/
Coming into town tomorrow!
Really need a few AWESOME places to eat for quick bites and moderately priced. I'll be with 3 others and we're doing the Jazz fest thing. So we're basically looking for excellent lunch destinations $15-$25 a head and fun dinner spots. Lastly, looking for a great place to eat lunch tomorrow after getting off the plane. Thanks in advance!
Vegetarian recs for Seattle and Portland
Bamboo Garden is a must try for their creative "meat named" all veggie dishes. Lower Queen Anne on Roy.
Pot Pie in Seattle?
Try T.S. McHughes in Lower Queen Anne. They claim to have the city's BEST Pot Pie, and I haven't tried many others, but theirs is damn good!
Looking for good Chinese takeout in Queen Anne
So I've heard. Anything passable that you take the plunge for once in a while?
Looking for good Chinese takeout in Queen Anne
Anyone know of good Chinese takeout in Queen Anne that delivers? I suppose good Chinese that doesn't deliver would be my 2nd choice. Any ideas are appreciated!
Solo female traveler to PDX and SEA
As a "solo" Male diner I rather like sitting at the counter at the 5 Spot in Queen Anne. Good atmosphere and it's fun to watch the fire at the grill in a very busy kitchen. I noticed an interesting seating arrangement at Steelhead Diner as well....seems like it would be a good place to hang and observe while having a good meal. I love their menu. Maybe I'll see you at 5 spot having Pot Roast one evening! Good luck!
Fun group dinner in Seattle?
Soooo we ended up at The Deluxe on the corner of Roy and Broadway. Decent food and lots to drink...good times. Took about a half hour to get seated...for 10 people. We went across the street to a Thai place for drinks to wait. Thanks for all of the recommendations!
Fun group dinner in Seattle?
Galerias, is that the place above QFC? I had a margarita there once and it was very sweet...almost too sweet.
Thanks for all of the replies, all ideas are welcome!
