Steak tartare in Kansas City?

I have a hankering for steak tartare. Does anyone know of a reputable place that serves it? Barring that, are there any butchers you would personally source the beef from? Thanks!

Ploughman's lunch in Kansas City Metro?

I've been dying for a solid (correction: ANY!) place serving a ploughman's lunch in Kansas City. Cheddar and/or Stilton are a must! I'd appreciate any leads...
