We drink it all the time our brand is Trung Nguyen I think this is a high end coffee
In Vietnam they have Coffee shops named after the brand.
I think it is the Starbucks of Vietnam and by the way Starbucks has nothing on Vietnamese coffee. Our filters are the stainless drip type but they are a large filter not the small ones they use when you order the cafe sodah ( ice coffee ).

True I think there are only a couple of black tie restaurants in town but any of the high end places will not turn you away if you are dressed casual but neat

Well I kind of like the top one better because of its clarity and clean look

The only filler I like to use is some uncooked Chorizo sausage mixed in with the beef

That is always a good indicator in books if all the locals are eating there its probably a safe bet and when looking for good Chinese food .......
