boston chef wants to know top 5 fine dining restaurants to visit in NO

thank you everyone...just to clarify, when i said hot i didnt men to imply trendy or hip, just what is the best of the best food and service wise. of course i'll want to try the old new orleans landmark restaurants (commanders, etc...) but i want to know who i want to pay attention to now. what excites me the most are (in no particular order) locavore restaurants, refinement, experimentation and fearlessness (as long as there are delicious results), rare and artisnal ingredients, beautiful and inventive plate presentation and fun. i like to have fun at restaurants. too many of the restaurants with great food in boston have an uptight attitude. thanks again for the tips and ill be sure to report after i visit!

cheap eats within walking distance of the wilbur theatre

Going to a show tommorow at the wilbur theatre (246 tremont st.) Hoping to get something delicous, casual and inexpensive before the show. We're driving into the city and I would love to be able to park near the theatre, walk to our dining destination and then back to the theatre in time for the show at 8:00. We love all types of food...Thanks for any help you may provide!!

im a chef from the boston area and my girlfriend and i will be in baltimore for a weekend getaway in november. as we dont have a ton of extra spending money we'll be looking for some inexpensive bites that are must trys when in town. i.e...the infamous maryland crabcake...
if our budget allows for it...i would also like to get a reservation for one dinner at a fine dining restaurant. any cuisine...as long as the food and service kick serious ass. please help! im ashamed to say i really know nothing about food in baltimore. except maybe charm city cakes!
