I really wish I could:
fly, be invisible, sing in a rock band, tour the globe First Class, eat lots of lobster, crab imperial, fried shrimp and shrimp cocktail, beef Wellington, bearnaise sauce, and smoked baby back ribs (WITHOUT gaining weight) -- oh, and help all the little children, and bring world peace (which would involve, at a minimum, total elimination of evil, ubiquitous vegetable gums in all food products!)

My favorite comfort food:
my mom's biscuits with my sausage gravy (i use milk), or grits and fried eggs for breakfast -- any other time, smoked baby back ribs alone or with bourbon bbq glaze! Wok charred fresh rice noodles in Pad Kee Mao with minced chicken and Som Tum. also, chicken tikka masala and saag.
