Best meal I ever ate:
My first visit to Commander's Palace in the late 80's when Emeril was still there and before he was everywhere. It was my parents' 25th anniversary, and my grandparents' 50th. Everything was perfect. I remember the duck salad, the osso bucco and the souffle like it was yesterday!

Iced coffee with skim milk, stevia and vanilla
