Artisan Crackers (Rice crackers for me as I am GF), Prosciutto ham, Many types of cheeses. Baked Brie w/Rasberry jam; Different types of Nuts separated; Olives pref stuffed; Dried fruits; GF Prosciutto and Turkey Parmesan lasagna, pref rice noodle based.
My favorite comfort food:
Hand mashed skin on potato bake with Swiss and cheddar cheese filling, mozzarella topped. Buffalo Mozzarella
