specially prepared (private party) vegetarian tasting plate at Nob Hill Las Vegas; plantain burritos in PR (some roadside stand); cheese & wine tasting (I know, not really a meal) with Steve Jenkins; just have to add that I finally had DiFara pizza and it was simply awesome
