Edmonton: Best Prime Rib in town

My wife and I definitely enjoyed eating prime rib at Von's. We usually like them on the rarer side and it actually came out rare! So, that was really good surprise!

We've been to Ric's Grill just a few weeks ago and it turned out really well too!

Won Jung Gak Korean Restaurant in Edmonton

Hahaha... I know the feeling of going to this restaurant for the first time. I think it was late at night when it was all dark too!

But the food itself, we thought was great! We're not Korean, but it seems like the majority of people who are there are Korean which is a good thing! The dishes we enjoyed most are the black bean noodles (not sure what's it's called, but I think it's the first thing on the menu), their spicy soup is good too (I believe it's number 2 on the menu) and it's really spicy. We also order their deep fried chicken with some hot pepper spice or something like that. The chicken dish is like 20 bucks, but they give a good amount of chicken. Those three things and at a good price are what keeps us coming back!

Places to Eat Near Desert Hills Outlet Mall [moved from L.A. board]

Hi Everyone! I hate to do this, but I've been looking around on the boards about places to eat while my family and I will be in LA for vacation. My wife and her mom really want to go shopping at the outlet mall, but most places talked about for eating are more in the western LA area.. just wondering if anyone would have any suggestions for places to eat near the outlet mall. We particularly enjoy all you can eat sushi (like in Vancouver), vietnamese, chinese and italian foods... or would it be a better idea to stay somewhere more central so we can get better access to the food places?? We are only going to be in town for 2 days before we head off for a cruise! Thanks for your help!

Richmond Night Market

Anybody have any suggestions of places we have to eat at the night market? We usually go every year for the past few years, but last year was quite a disappointment... any ideas would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!

Looking for decent Chinese take-out in West Edmonton.

Another place you can try is Chun Kee. They're on Stony Plain Road and 159/156 street (can't remember which one) It's kinda run down, but they do have good chinese food you can take out and they're open late.

Where's the best all you can eat sushi in Vancouver?

A group of my friends are going to Vancouver in two weeks for Dragonboating. We always enjoy good sushi down there (we're from Edmonton) and have usually gone to Ebi and I think the other one was called Ajitaro (by some Toys'R'Us) store near/in downtown. If you have any other suggestions for good sushi (especially sashimi!), please let me know! Can't wait to eat there!
