Best meal I ever ate:

Craftsteak restaurant from the oysters to the steak to the martini and wine. everything was delicious! still think about that meal to this day.

My current drink of choice:

vodka gimlet or any refreshing drink made with fresh citrus and/or mint. Kombucha

I really wish I could:

travel and eat, travel and eat, travel and eat with no negative consequences

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

grilled porkchops, gyoza

My favorite comfort food:

fried chicken, japanese rice,grandmother's roast beef and veggies from her garden

Pizzeria Mozza in LA,Chiba in No Ho, Dononvan's in San Diego, Jeffrey's in Austin,Craftsteak in Las Vegas (soon to be NY),House of Nanking in San Francisco

My most tattered cookbooks:

i'm too picky/impatient to cook. I do get a lot of tips online and have been using the Joy of Cooking lately--warning--all recipes are full fat!!
