I'm one of those cooks who likes to keep my cookbooks pretty neat and clean. Of course, there are the occasional stains and splatters. My overall favorite cookbook is the Zuni Cafe Cookbook. The recipes instruct, inspire, and ignite my passion for cooking! Am currently enjoying A16's cookbook.
