Cambell's cream of tomato soup with cooked spaghetti in it. I'm fully aware that this is weird.

Five is too limiting: I like Lotus of Siam (Vegas), Vik's (Berkeley), and a whole bunch more....
My most tattered cookbooks:
"A Surti Touch" by Malvi Doshi. I'm on my third copy. I'm reluctant to throw this one away because its autographed by the author....A great introduction to Gujarati-style cooking.
