Clink - bad news

The head chef Michael Goodman has left Clink - not so sure the menu will hold up - he had genius ideas ....

EVOO, Tremont 647, .....

I highly recommend EVOO - the food is fantastic and they have a great wine list. The service was good as well.

As a southender, I have always wanted to love Tremont 647 but time after time, it fails. The service is a luck of the draw. The menu has limited options and doesn't change that often. The drinks - especially a bloody mary on Sundays - are iced down and expensive. I wish this place would turn around as it's in a great location. IMHO

Help - Lunch near the water?

thanks! exactly what i was looking for!

Help - Lunch near the water?

Thanks for the suggestions - unfortunately, the Meritage at the BHH is not open for lunch.

Help - Lunch near the water?

I am taking some employees out for a very nice lunch. This will be a leisurely lunch that would include wine/beer. I am trying to find a perfect spot near the water. I haven't been able to find much of anything. Thoughts?

Tapas - The Real Deal?

This is an odd story - I haven't really been a fan of tapas. I have gone to Dali and Tapeo several times, but I've never really thought the food was good. It seemed too greasy etc.

I just got back from visiting Spain for the first time.I feel in love with Barcelona and of all things, TAPAS! I adored everything I ordered over there.I was hoping to now find somewhere around Boston that has the real deal....anyone have any ideas? Gracias!

Boston (Preferably not too far astray from the South End)

Try Joe V's...corner of Union Park and Shawmut...decent prices and it has a little outdoor area.

Recorking law--who's actually doing that?

Union def does it - very professional and easy to carry.
