I think Tony has done a 180 on his Emeril opinion. Probably helped by the fact that the Food Network has been giving Emeril the high hat.

There is no mayo on the muffs from Central Grocery. Actually the longer they set the better they are.
New Orleans-style drinks & dishes
Unfortunately you won't be seeing the Fairmont decorated for Christmas anymore. Last word was the Fairmont won't be reopening and is supposed to be on the auction block.
I really can't see that place not reopening in some form or another.
