Open a soup restaurant. Master Arroz con Pollo. Smell ripe tomatoes all the live long day.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
I roast a MEAN chicken. Also, Braised Lamb Shanks (in Chianti and Balsamic Vinegar). Also, (and always) lots of cocktails.
My favorite comfort food:
My chili (5 pounds of meat = 5 pounds of love). Any kind of Asian noodle soup. I crave Miso Moyashi from Sapporo Ramen fortnightly. Lorcasaur's mom's "gravy".
