Fresh seafood on a pier in Ireland (Inishowen Peninsula)
My current drink of choice:
Sipping Gins or Tequila with fresh lime, ginger root - i love a homemade ginger-rita. I can never pass up a Lambic either - the funkier, the better.
I really wish I could:
discover a great hole-in-the-wall place once a week (so much to eat and so little time)
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
homemade bourbon-pecan pie - loaded with top-notch meaty texas pecans
My favorite comfort food:
HOT vindaloo or a spicy Indian Dal... or maybe Frenchy's fried chicken? Just had some Pav Bhaji... gotta move that up to the top of the list!
