Inexpensive Anniversary Dinner in DC

My husband and I are celebrating our one year anniversary in DC. We are staying at the Renaissance M Street (on New Hampshire Ave NW) and would like a suggestion for a relatively inexpensive place for a special dinner (if such a place exists). We love all types of ethnic food- Indian, Thai, Japanese, Greek, Vietnamese, etc. and especially love local, organic healthy food but we are really open to anything so long as there will be some entree options under $20 and a nice atmosphere. I think if it were up to my husband, we would go to Four Sisters but I'd prefer something a little more "special" for our anniversary. Outdoor seating would be nice and we'd like to be within a short cab ride or walk from our hotel. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Best Mac & Cheese in Monmouth-Ocean Counties NJ

Thanks for the suggestions! I've enjoyed Brickwall Tavern's mac and cheese on several occasions, but I am dying to try the Flaky Tart's version. If it is anywhere near the level of their pastries, I am in for a real treat!

Catering Suggestions in Monmouth/Ocean County

For our upcoming wedding, we are looking for suggestions for caterers in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We'll have about 120 guests and are trying to go for an "elegant casual" event. I would love to do an upscale barbecue or picnic menu (does that exist?) but my fiance isn't totally on board with that (yet =)). Mac and cheese will definitely be involved, whatever the case. Any and all suggestions are welcome and appreciated!

Turkish

Looking for a fun Turkish restaurant in NYC with good food! An authentic atmosphere is probably more important than the food. A friend is going to Turkey for her honeymoon and wants to have dinner at "a place where we can sit on pillows on the floor and eat dinner". Any suggestions?

Looking for suggestions for an anniversary dinner in the Asbury/O.G. area. We like Brick Wall Tavern but want something a bit more romantic in setting. BYOB would be great!

dim sum in NYC

the food at dim sum go go was great, but I found it to be less of an authentic dim sum experience than jing fong or other places. just depends on what you're looking for. dim dum go go could be less intimindating, especially if it is your first time. i believe you can order off of a printed menu there. jing fong is a huge place with carts of dim sum all over the place. more fun in my opinion!
