Norwalk Recs, Please help!!
My grandparents will be with us, so tapas might not work for them. What is the place across the street you're talking about?
Norwalk Recs, Please help!!
Looking for a few really good places for my brother's college graduation, good for a group of ten, preferably American, Italian or seafood.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Lunch near Sacred Heart, Fairfield CT
Any price point is fine, as long as it's good.
Lunch near Sacred Heart, Fairfield CT
Looking for lunch spots near Sacred Heart. Sit-down preferable, with some seafood/vegetarian option. There'll be 3-4 of us, and we're not very picky, just looking for something good. However sushi isn't really an option, as my 20yo brother doesn't eat it.
TIA.
Lunch in Fairfield
Looking for good lunch recs near Sacred Heart. Going to visit my brother for the day, and don't want to be eating at Ruby Tuesday's. American Pub or Italian would be great.
Thanks!!

Lunch near Norwalk - Help!
Any recs for a casual group lunch? Will be in Norwalk for a wedding, and wanted to get lunch with a group of 6. Looking for something very good, but simple enough for picky eaters... Please help!!
Anyone have any rec's for menu items at WD-50?
I went in December, and did the tasting menu. I would highly recommend going this route. We got to have to excellent - eggs benedict, lamb belly, pickled hamachi - while still having a few of the interesting mixed in. Dessert was excellent, I'm shocked to hear displeasure about it. Enjoy!
ditch plains for dinner?
I like this place - especially the spicy coronas. I like the crab dip & mussels with chorizo. Also liked a few bites of lobster roll - a little too much tarrgon for me to eat the whole thing. The fish tacos were pretty tasty, and so was the make & cheese. I personally like have a few appetizzers there more than the mains.
Di Fiore Marquet
It's on 12th btwn University & 5th. I've never eaten here, I've only had take out, but I think the food is delicious. I love their BLT on Country Bread & the Chicken, Avocado, black bean & corn salad. The roasted chicken special I had was also spot-on with tender, moist, flavorful chicken.
If you HAD to pick a Steakhouse in/near the Theater District
Not steak, but I shared an amazing veal chop there with my dad - it was huge and pounded out as thin as can be. I also second the mozz. platter!
Garlic cloves stored in olive oil
I remember seeing something on Good Eats once saying garlic is OO doesn't keep very well, but I can't recall the specifics
Lunch in Peabody
Thanks for all the tips everyone! Due to time major traffic on 95, we ended up eating lunch & breakfast at the hotel - which was pretty decent! For a late brunch on Sunday, the two of us ended up in Salem & checked out the Lyceum. I'll admit, I was a hair disappointed - the Bellini was just prosecco with a canned peach slice. I ordered the Lyceum salad - which was mixed greens - nothing else no nuts, cheese, croutons, etc. BF ordered the fish & chips, which was good, but not anything special. I don't know if perhaps brunch was the wrong route - the other menus looked a little better.

Thanks for all the help so far! I was doing a few quick searches and stumbled across In a Pig's Eye, any thoughts? I'm going to try to stay away from chains, because I've been to most of them, and would prefer to try something new!
Pasta Tasting Menu - Babbo/Others?
If for some reason Babbo ends up being unattainable, Barbone has a pasta tasting menu as well. I had a lovely meal there!
Bar Stuzzichini - Very Mediocre
Thanks everyone, unless i find myself in front of this place, I'm taking it off my list!

I wasn't impressed either, and was off-put that the editing made it seem like her opinion counted more than DB's.
Lunch in Peabody
Hi everyone -
I'm attending a wedding next weekend, and will be staying at the Boston Marriott Peabody. Looking for simple, nearby lunch. My bf's family are not adventurous eaters, but him & I like good food. $25 - 35 pp with glass of wine, entree and tip would be great.
Please help!

Thanks for the thorough review. I too love those pom & prosecco drinks!

"I enjoyed the segment at Jewel Bako with the live lobster sashimi probably filmed before the chef went to 15 East. "
