Sushi Ran. Need Advice.
Expensive as in $150 for a dinner for two (if you have expensive taste in wine). But it is fabulous food. Lush. Exquisite. Delicious. I think they have great oysters with a little wasabi roe on the side. And the monkfish liver (if you're brave) is amazing.

My husband and I brought my daughter here for dinner last Saturday after I had eaten a yummy lunch there post-Trader Joe's the other day.
It's great! And the staff is really nice. The food's a little on the fatty side though. But oh so good. We had been hoping for the venison with pumpkin seds sauce, but they sold out. Still, it was awesome.

A great appetizer would be smoked salmon, finely chopped red onion, fresh dill, capers, sour cream - all on dense pumpernickel bread (the kind that comes in the small loaf).
