Under $3k: Bosch vs. Bertazzoni

We're in the process of replacing our slowly dying Amana wall oven and cooktop combo, and we've decided to do some minor construction to make way for a slide-in or free standing range in their place. We're looking to spend somewhere in the $2500-$3k range, and we like the pro-style ranges that we've seen. Our initial thought was to get the 30-inch dual-fuel Bosch Integra 700 series, which prices out around $2500, but after reading these forums for the past few days, I've seen a lot about the 30-inch Bertazzoni gas range, which admittedly is pretty fantastic looking and falls into the same price category.

However, I've also seen a number of concerns raised. Small oven, "quirky" starting, excessive heat from the front, etc. I don't have preference regarding electric vs. gas ovens, and after the number of times I've had to replace the electronics modules in my current electric oven, I like the idea of a more minimalist setup. We do a lot of cooking, and the majority of our oven use is for roasting, braising, and pizza making. Those with Bertazzoni's seem to love them, but would we be giving up anything by buying one over the Bosch? What are we gaining, other than stunning good looks? Any experience or advice is appreciated!

It's such a great little gem hidden away in a residential neighborhood, and it's great to see it getting more attention.
