New Finds: Chai Shortbread Cookie Mix
This chai shortbread mix from Minnesota cake company Celebration Generation is fail-safe. I got home really late and kind of drunk, and didn’t have quite enough butter (you have to add butter), and didn’t chill the dough the way it told me to (cookie mix should be all about instant gratification), and the cookies still came out great: spicy, not too sweet, crunchy. The tag line for the company is pretty weird though: “Absolutely Hardcore Sugar Art.” Duuuude.
