Sea Salt–Glazed Tile
I was maxed out on high-end chocolate until I tried Poco Dolce’s handmade bittersweet chocolate tiles. Each is about the size of a matchbook, and a very satisfying few bites. They’re sprinkled with sea salt, and come in interesting flavors like Aztec chile (cinnamon, ground chiles, roasted pumpkin seeds) and mint toffee (burnt caramel toffee, mint-infused chocolate). The design of the box and the chocolates themselves is unique and classy: the perfect gift.
