Don't Get Watered Down
While shooting our Obsessives—Sake video at True Sake, I saw the most wonderful sake serving device: a glass carafe with a hole cut out for an interior ice receptacle, making for easy chilling. It was such a great design—of course it had to be Japanese! Here’s one version I found, but there are more if you search the Web for “glass sake carafe.” Or if you’re in San Francisco you can stop by True Sake and see its selection.
