Long waits are the norm at this pop-up restaurant, staffed by a revolving cast of guest chefs. It takes over Mission Chinese restaurant, Lung Shan, on Thursday and Saturday night. Past hits have included a non-traditional PB&J made with Berkshire Kurobuta pork belly and marinated jicama with pickled jalapeño and cilantro aioli for $6.50.
