Hotel restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with an all-day bar oferring cocktails and bar bites, The menu by Chef Brian Healy (of the former Terrace at the Ritz-Carlton) has dishes such as salmon benedict on housemade lemon scones for breakfas and carvery sandwiches and fresh pastas for lunch. There is also a breakfast buffet For dinner there are flame-seared steaks, chops and fresh seafood prepared on the custom wood fire grill or slow cooked on the rotisserie.
