Wonderful olive oils. Look for emerald green spicy first press oils in the fall. <BR><BR>They have excellent 1 oz sampler packs of many of the oils. I'm not a fan of flavored oils usually, but Sciabica is an exception. There is also a sampler pack with their wonderful lemon oilive oil, orange, basil, rosemary and pepper infused olive oils. <BR><BR>The cookbooks by the matriarch of the family are excellent <BR><BR>Available at Saturday Ferry Plaza Farmers Market
