Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto demo'd takoyaki, pancake balls similar to an aebleskiver in preparation. Batter was ladled onto a special hot plate, then topped with bits of onions, tempura crisps, dried bonito, and red ginger before being turned over to create a sphere.
