Campfire Strawberry Shortcakes
Prepare the Bisquick shortcake recipe from the back of the box, then spoon the batter into two greased pie tins. Cover tightly with foil and place the tins directly onto the smoldering coals, avoiding any intense flames. Cook for about 25 minutes, moving the tins around a couple of times along the way, then remove the foil and cover the shortcakes with fresh strawberries and cream.
