  • I hate layered parfaits in narrow glasses. How the frig can you get a bite of more than one ingredient? Put it in a bowl, already.

  • You forgot "so expensive"

  • Hi philocrates, Tess's recipe uses nuts only (no grain) so I suppose that's technically not granola? Here's her recipe:

  • what granola?

  • So how do you get around the granola? I HATE granola. All types. Any suggestions?

  • If you want to make this nut-free you can use soy cream or yoghurt and substitute the nuts for a mixture of puffed rice and millet with some raw seeds and dried fruit pieces. This is really delicious and looks gorgeous too =)

  • Looks great but I can't imagine the calories in that with all the nuts and nut cream.

  • We can make various kind of recipe Vegan Breakfast Parfait but I like Chocolate Cake Batter Vegan Overnight Oats, It is very tasty & healthy.

  • Wow, so healthy, and gorgeous, too! I can't wait to try this.

  • Sounds good but.. that's a lot of nuts!!
