How to Make Goat Milk Caramel (a.k.a. Cajeta)

  • OR....you can go to ANY Mexican grocery or fruit & vegetable store, and buy it! It's absolutely delicious, spreads more easily than Nutella, and comes in 4 varieties:
    Vanilla, Envinada (made with wine), Quemada (scalded), and I can't remember the 4th.
    These are fabulous on toast, or spooned straight out of the jar and into your happy, dancing mouth :)

    I've seen it come in squeeze bottles now. There's an old brand that has a goat's portrait on it. I'll try to find that brand's name. A MUST for sweet-teeth!-COLLAPSE
