How to Turn Your Wok into a Popcorn Popper

  • I recommend making the popcorn with a flat-bottomed carbon-steel wok so this works on gas, electric or a glass top stove. I cover the lid with foil because as the corn pops it evenly disperses oil around the wok and the lid. This is great for the inside surface of the wok because it fortifies the patina. But for the lid the oil is messy so the foil is my lazy solution to reduce clean-up. You can...+READ
