Make This Pork-n-Chocolate Crostini

Check out this tasty appetizer from the Tavern at Lark Creek in Larkspur, California: melted Mexican chocolate on a toasted baguette, topped with a slice of spicy Spanish chorizo. Lots of chefs are doing things with chorizo these days, but this is the first time we’ve seen it in this kind of sweet-savory presentation.
