Michael Ruhlman on Cooking by Numbers

This morning Michael Ruhlman discussed some of the theories behind his new book Ratio: The Simple Codes Behind the Craft of Everyday Cooking on the CBS Early Show. It seemed a little rushed (I wanted to see the savory quick bread come out of the oven), but it was still a nice peek at what the book has to offer.
