  • Who folds salt into a finished cake batter? I'm all for short videos but this one has several problems in demonstrating poor cake making technique. Please, newbies, do not take this video as any sort of instructional on good technique!

  • They did give a real recipe - it's linked at the top of the article. You just alter it according to the video.
