How to Use Lemongrass in Your Cooking
Corinne Trang, author of
Noodles Every Day, provides a crash course on lemongrass. Grate it for marinades, slice it for curries, or keep it whole for soup.

I just bought a jar of Ta Krai sliced lemongrass stalks. I can't always obtain lemongrass out here in the country, so I thought I'd try this so I would always have it on hand. The ingredients on the label include lemongrass, water, salt, and citric acid. Does anyone know anything about "jarred" lemongrass?
Oddly perfect; I just got lemongrass and was having a hard time figuring out how to use it other than steeping in soup. I'll try grating it--thanks!
