  • uh... sorry. NEVER use the butt end of a glass as a strainer... often the bottom portions of glasses contain unseen chips that flake.

    ALSO, never use the butt end of your small shaker to strain cocktails at work- you should try to minimize visible hand contact as must as possible, especially when the customer is looking.
