  • I agree. I don't even pluck the leaves off - they'll come with the everything else and it's easy to pick off any that don't.

  • I think AB's way of hulling is much more expedient. Pluck off the leaves, and then use a star tip! It gets the white and woody parts out in one easy step. An added benefit is the virtual impossibility of cutting yourself when faced with an overripe berry.
