fook's sake. nice article, very nonintimidating intro to nutrient-rich foods, well presented with beautiful pictures. good job. people seriously need to lighten up. maybe they are just jealous because the recipes look much more appetizing than the macrobiotic porriages their ex-wife forced them to choke down for 15 years in the 60's-70's, when they coulda been eating that yummy honey brittle or...+READ

I love the superfoods, the humor, and the freshness. I would be happy as a clam with any of it.
I can't stand most superfoods, but I love blueberries. Smoothies, muffins, Crumbles, or just plain...frozen or dried when fresh aren't available. I get mine at www.buyorganicberries.com... they ship organic berries fresh from their farm. They are truely delicious.

I thought it was a really good article. I brought a different way to look at eating food. I don't want to take medicine my whole life. :-)
I think this article was a little tongue and cheek if you ask me :) If taken as such it was cute.
Everything in moderation.
I agree, I think that the problem in America is that we tend to latch onto food trends and try to cherry pick what we think is healthy but we don't pay attention to the whole picture...I think that if we improved our food system as a whole(read Michael Pollan's The Omnivore Dilemma) we would be a lot healthier.
This article is trendy and dumb. Eat a healthy diet, lots of fruit, veg, and nuts, for animal protein fish first, light on the meat heck it'll taste good, and you might live longer.
There's no such thing as a Superfood.
