How to Brown Butter

Field Guide to Cookies, suggests stepping up your cookie game by using browned butter in recipes (like
blondies) that call for melted butter. Here she shares her technique for browning.

I like to whip freshly browned butter into an equal amount of regular butter to use as a special spread for my best breads. Simple and delicious.

Can you store browned butter for later use or is it best to brown it right before you need it?
So far only the salting meat video played. All the others just show a black blank screen including this one!!!!!
Just be careful and quick at stopping. There is very little time between brown butter and burned butter, as far as the bits in the bottom are concerned.
