There's definitely tuna -- you just need to keep watching and watching until the 5-second tuna show comes on -- but it's some sort of pour-hot-water-over-it-and-marinate thing rather than what is customarily thought of as searing.
Nope, no tuna here.
I don't think there was anything about searing tuna in any of those tips.
